He became the second heir to the British throne at the age of 9

Elizabeth II, the longest reigning British throne, died. There is sadness in many parts of the world over this. After Elizabeth's death, the British government is holding its first day of mourning. Well, now it was a question of who will take the throne.

While the death of Elizabeth II is met with pain all over the world, it is wondered who will take the throne. Prince Charles, the first heir to the royal family, ascends the throne. The new king's son, William, will officially become the first heir to the throne. Then comes his 9-year-old son, Prince George. 

Prince Charles Philip Arthur George Mountbatten, the eldest of four children of Queen Elizabeth II and the first heir to the British throne, became King of England. After Charles' accession to the throne, his eldest son, William, took first place on the throne.

The 9-year-old prince George, who was the son of William after him, became the second heir to the throne. Prince William cannot become Prince of Wales as the title was bestowed by the Sovereign.
